1. How are you set up for children’s meals?

Chef Giuseppe always has vegetable puree, vegetable broth, baby cheese, noodles and baby food available. If you need baby food for your baby, just let us know :)

2. Is there entertainment in the hotel?

We organize delightful evenings with aperitifs and tastings... and for the kids there is a mini clubin the evening for a variety of activities and games!

3. What are the meal times?

Entry for the restaurant

Breakfast from 7:45 am until 10.00 am
Lunch from 12.15 pm until 1:45 pm
Dinner from 7.15 pm until 8.45 pm

4. At what time are the rooms ready on arrival?

It is possible to Check in starting from 1:00 pm and to Check out before 10.00am. We will take care of your suitcases if you wish to enjoy the last rays of sun by the beach or at the pool.

5. Do I need to send a deposit?

You may choose whether to send a deposit via bank transfer (25% of the total stay) or to send your credit card details just as a guarantee – no funds will be withdrawn.

6. Do I need to bring a baby bed for my baby?

No, we have available small beds for children, travel cots and bunk beds.

7. Do you have a buffet restaurant?

We offer buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner.

For breakfast you can choose from a buffet of various homemade desserts, pies, croissants, muffins and Donuts, but also among our savory proposals such as scrambled eggs and bacon, mini sandwiches, toast and cold cuts.

At lunch and dinner we offer a buffet service where you can choose between 4 appetizers, 2 first and 2 second courses, salads, cheese or cold cuts, fresh fruit, ice cream and homemade desserts. Water and wine are served at the table.

8. Do you have a parking?

Yes, we have parking slots for all our guests in the outdoor car park , which is located just 300 metres from the hotel. It is a private and guarded parking.

9. Are animals allowed?

Yes, small sized and medium sized dogs are welcome in our hotel, the Superior rooms are excluded.

10. Are you set up for the disabled guests?

Since we introduced the exterior elevator, it is actually quite easy to access the lobby, the reception and the restaurant with a wheelchair. The elevators in the hotel are comfortable enough for guests with wheelchairs as well as the rooms. The main obstacle is the bathroom: in front of every bathroom is a little step and as per prior experiences, the bathrooms are not comfortable for guests on wheelchair. Therefore we are not a Hotel equipped for the disabled guests.

11. Which are the payment methods?

We accept cash up to a maximum of € 4,999.00, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Debit Cards.

We also accept payments by bank transfer within 3 working days before departure.

12. How much is the hotel tax in Cattolica?

The hotel tax is € 2 per person per day for the first 7 days, then it is free. Children until 13 years of age are exempt.

13. Are you near the city centre?

The hotel is located 30 metres from the beach and 200 metres from the Aquarium of the town. You will reach in only few steps the ‘viale Dante’, the pedestrian zone with shops, ice-cream shops and play halls for children.To reach the centre it is just a 10 min walk along the beach. In front of the hotel is the Altamarea Beach Village, the biggest and best equipped beach area in Cattolica.

14. Is your pool heated?

Yes, our outdoor pool is not heated. It is located on the 6ht floor of the hotel with panoramic view of the beach as well as of the city.

15. Do you have bicycles?

Yes we have bicycles at your disposal for free.

16. Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation or changes made up to 7 or 10 days before the expected date of arrival (depending on the period booked), no fee will be charged.

In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline, the amount equal to 25% of the total stay will be charged from the credit card or the deposit will be retained.

In case of No Show the full amount of the stay will be charged.
