1. How are you set up for children’s meals?

We have a little kitchen at disposal for all the mothers who wish to prepare the meals for their babies. Our chefs prepare every day vegetable soup, fresh vegetable stock and tomato sauce, which you will find in the kitchen along with stove, fridge and electric mixer. Moreover you can heat milk and other drinks anytime at our bar.

2. Is there entertainment in the hotel?

We organize delightful evenings with aperitifs and tastings... and for the kids there is a mini club at meal times for a variety of activities and games!

3. What are the meal times?

Breakfast from 7:45 am until 10.30 am
Lunch from 12.15 pm until 1:45 pm
Dinner from 7.15 pm until 8.45 pm

4. At what time are the rooms ready on arrival?

It is possible to Check in starting from 1:00 pm and to Check out before 10.00am. We will take care of your suitcases if you wish to enjoy the last rays of sun by the beach or at the pool.

5. Do I need to send a deposit?

You may choose whether to send a deposit via bank transfer (of approx. € 400 for a one week stay) or to send your credit card details just as a guarantee – no funds will be withdrawn.

6. Do I need to bring a baby bed for my baby?

No, we have available small beds for children, travel cots and bunk beds.

7. Do you have a buffet restaurant?

Yes we have a buffet restaurant with a wide choice of salads, starters, vegetables,  different pasta or rice dishes and  choices of meat or seafood dishes. As desserts we offer homemade cakes, fruits and ice cream.

8. Do you have a parking?

Yes, we have parking slots for all our guests in the car park ‘Italia’ , which is located just 300 metres from the hotel. It is a private and guarded parking.

9. Are animals allowed?

Yes, small sized and medium sized dogs are welcome in our hotel, the Superior rooms are excluded.

The cost for the final deep cleaning of the room is € 20,00.

10. Are you set up for the disabled guests?

Since we introduced the exterior elevator, it is actually quite easy to access the lobby, the reception and the restaurant with a wheelchair. The elevators in the hotel are comfortable enough for guests with wheelchairs as well as the rooms. The main obstacle is the bathroom: in front of every bathroom is a little step and as per prior experiences, the bathrooms are not comfortable for guests on wheelchair. Therefore we are not a Hotel equipped for the disabled guests.

11. Which are the payment methods?

You can pay cash until maximum € 2.999 and with credit card (MasterCard and Visa). If you wish to pay by cheque we kindly ask you to pay upon arrival.

12. How much is the hotel tax in Cattolica?

The hotel tax is € 1,00 per person per day for the first 7 days, then it is free. Children until 13 years of age are exempt.

13. Are you near the city centre?

The hotel is located 30 metres from the beach and 200 metres from the Aquarium of the town. You will reach in only few steps the ‘viale Dante’, the pedestrian zone with shops, ice-cream shops and play halls for children.To reach the centre it is just a 10 min walk along the beach. In front of the hotel is the Altamarea Beach Village, the biggest and best equipped beach area in Cattolica.

14. Do you have an indoor pool?

No, we have an outdoor pool on the last floor of the hotel with panoramic view of the beach as well as of the city.

15. Do you have bicycles?

Yes we have bicycles at your disposal for free.
